But to save the trouble of constantly updating this page with a new schedule every week, here's the general Fall '07 schedule to keep in mind should you ever be curious about stopping by and visiting.

Heya everybody, veteran members and newcomers alike! I'm Jonathan Hsueh, president of this ragtag group we all call AnimeFX, San Francisco State University's anime club since 1995! I would like to welcome you to the Fall '07 semester! I hope we'll all have fun together watchin' and discussing all things anime, and getting to know each other over the course of our student careers here!
This e-mail is largely intended to welcome you all, as well as serve to make sure the mailing list is working for your e-mail address. Unfortunately, as we were inputting the e-mail addresses last Friday, some of the text... was a bit inelegible, so we had to take some wild guesses as to how some e-mail addresses are spelled. So if you're reading this e-mail address, you're fine. :) If you know anyone who's signed up for the mailing list, but hasn't received this note yet, please have them e-mail me at zenmigawa AT fastmail DOT fm, so I can enter them into the database.
Also, the paperwork for club registration has been turned in to the OSPLD. We should be cleared for room requests come tomorrow or Monday. And once that's done, we could finally have our meetings! So keep an eye out on this mailing list, the website, and forums for updates!

Sorry to bring such short notice to everyone here, but I just realized next week is the actual official start of Finals Week. >_<;; Which means, normal class operations are over. So I'm having the MST3K meeting tomorrow instead of next Friday, as originally planned.

Well, here's our 2nd to last meeting of the spring '07 semester. Let's hope we can end things peacefully, or with a positive bang, or something.
Reminders to all, next Friday, the 18th, is our MST3K meeting, where we basically make fun out of... well... everything! It's also our last meeting, so make a note of that. Here's what we have lined up so far:

After all this, Adrian's going to bring in his XBox to showcase some REALLY CRAPPY GAMES he's got for us to make fun of as well. Also, people who have flashyloops and just really odd AMVs and what-have-yous (like worksafe 4chan /b/ treasures) to show will be displaying those, as well. There might be an end-of-con Presidential Evaluation time (i.e. your bitchfest to bitch at the new president about how the new president has run the club so far) And then to top it all off, the last 30 minutes of the meeting will be ended by Nerima Daikon Brothers ep.12 - the last episode of the series! So hope y'all will be looking forward to this.

Howdy there, AnimeFX denizens.
I'm making May 18th - our 13th meeting - our MST3K Meeting. So far only three series have been brought upon the table, so if you guys have thought of any other crap titles to bring for us to make fun of, by all means, tell me or one of the officers right now, and we'll throw it in the mix! If this doesn't work, and we don't get enough series to view... once again, we'll be falling back on Richie's flashyloops and endless sea of 4chan /b/ images for entertainment.
I'm also pondering authorizing a Swap Meet on that same day as well, to give the club a chance to raise some funds, as well as to give members a good chance to sell away the crap they don't want and get new stuff for themselves. What say you all?
For this week's schedule, by demand of some of the officers, I'm reserving a one-hour slot for AMVs and related mediastuffs - to which I'll completely be turning over control to Vince, Jimbo, Richie, and whoever else wanted this change in the schedule. :P It'll do well for a change in our usual viewings.
